Kids' Adventure Course

Purchase tickets in-person at the Family Adventure Park.

Our Kids' Adventure Course, geared for ages 12 and under, still packs a challenge with its burma bridge, log crossing, swinging vine bridge, net traverse, and a 100-foot zipline.


  • Participants must be ages 12 & under and weigh between 50-200 pounds, no exceptions and will be asked to weigh in to ensure they are within designated weight range.
  • Family Adventure Park participants are required to fill out a release form. Parent / Guardian signatures are required for guests under 18. Save time and complete your waiver before you arrive by clicking here.
  • Closed toed shoes are required.

Kids' Adventure Course

Quick Flight & Climbing Wall
  • Jumpers must weigh between 50 and 250 lbs.
  • Weight range: 50 - 250 pounds. Participants will be asked to weigh in to insure they are within designated weight range.
  • For safety reasons, we require that you wear hiking boots or sneakers.
Summer Tubing
  • 36" minimum height requirement.
  • Adult participant is required for children 10 & under.
  • Sandals or flip-flops are not recommended for tubing.
Clothing
  • For safety reasons, we require that you wear hiking boots or sneakers.
  • Please wear clothing that you don't mind getting dirty.
  • No rings, necklaces, or bracelets. All jewelry is discouraged.
  • No skirts or loose clothing.
  • Shorts mid-thigh or longer or long pants are encouraged.
Health Requirements
  • People with heart, leg, back, or shoulder problems, diabetes, seizure disorders, or other serious illnesses should not participate.
  • Guests with anaphylactic reactions requiring self administered epinephrine must carry their Epi pen.
  • Guests with Asthma requiring an inhaler must carry their inhaler.

Advanced Reservations Required
  • Excursions must be booked at least one day in advance. Excursions cannot be purchased day of.
  • Reservations can be made online via our website or Massanutten App.
  • Full payment is required with reservations.
  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.

  • The Ridge Rappelling and Climbing Excursion is a physically demanding outdoor adventure activity. Participants must be physically fit and able to hike a short technical trail, hold their own body weight, be agile in their movements, and able to climb up rock scrambles or a difficult hike.
