Position requires excellent customer service and an upbeat, positive personality. Must be able to focus on needs of guests and provide the best possible service. Duties include monitoring entry into the Kettle Club, checking owner IDs, maintaining refreshments, and answering guest questions. Retail Associate
Position requires good people skills, prior retail/cash handling experience, and flexible availability. Duties include retail sales, stocking, and providing resort information. Retail Shift Supervisor
