*Employee rates are for Massanutten Resort employees in good standing that must begin working no more than 15 days after the completion of the course. No refunds will be given. Potential employees taking the Lifeguard Training course will receive a $75 refund given after successfully completing 90 days of work and is in good standing with Great Eastern Resort Mgmt.
Registration
**There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee built into the cost of each course. This registration fee is required for enrollment and can be paid in person at Le Club Recreation Center at 4160 Del Webb Drive McGaheysville , VA 22840, or over the phone via credit card at (540) 289-4987. Courses may cancel due to low enrollment; in this case, participants will be moved to another course at no charge. The registration fee will be refunded if there are no other courses available at the time.
Instruction Manuals
Books are only provided to participants that pay the general public rate for the course. If a potential employee would like to keep a manual, the cost of the manual is $38 and they will only receive $37 of the $75 refund after 90 days of employment. Current employees will not receive any refunds. Please email the Aquatics Operation Manager or Aquatics Training Coordinator with any questions.
Payment
Registration can be done in person at Le Club Recreation Center, or over the phone via credit card at (540)289-4987. There is a nonrefundable $25 registration fee that is built into each course. You MUST register to ensure enrollment in the course. Payment may be made my cash, check or credit card. Checks must be made out to G.E.R.M. (Great Eastern Resort Management). Persons that are signed up may pay for the course prior to the start of the sessions but it is not required. Payment is required after passing the pre-course for WaterPark Lifeguard Training, Lifeguard Instructor (LGI) and Water Safety Instructor (WSI). All other courses must be paid for in full at the time of arrival for the course session.
