Nearly everyone can enjoy sliding on snow at the Peaked Mountain Express Tube Park. Enjoy the thrill of our 900-foot-long hill and let our SunKid Wonder Carpet take you back to the top. Our two-hour sessions now begin every hour on the hour, beginning at 9 a.m. with the last session beginning at 8 p.m.
Tubing Tips
Temperature, wind and precipitation each affect the speed of snow tubing. Snowmaking may be in progress as temperatures permit. HARD SHELL or SKI BOOTS are not permitted in the tube park. Weather and track conditions permitting, we do allow "training" or "chaining" of tubes at our discretion. Younger and/or more timid tubers may prefer our mid-day sessions when track conditions are generally more moderate.
Restrictions
Children must be at least 36" tall to tube. One person - one tube, no exceptions. Children 12 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Peaked Mountain Express Tube Park is extremely popular. Massanutten sells tickets to property owners and guests staying on the mountain one day in advance after 2 p.m., in person. Therefore, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays can be sold out by 8 p.m. the night before. All tubing tickets must be purchased in person at the Tube Park Sales Office. Call 800-207-MASS (6277) after 8 p.m. for information on available tickets for the following day. Maximum number of tickets sold to an individual is 8.
