At this time, we are NOT accepting new members to the Massanutten Rewards Program.
As we look towards an exciting future here at Massanutten Resort, we are researching new and exciting options for our loyal guests and owners. At this time we are no longer accepting new members to the existing program. If you are an existing member you will continue to accrue points as you always have and you will be provided plenty of notice and time to redeem your points. When we move forward with a new program our loyal members will be notified by email with the details and enrollment information.

Important Info: For points to be applied to your account immediately, you must mention participation in the Massanutten Rewards Program prior to purchase. To have points added after a purchase is made, you must revisit the location where the transaction occurred within 72 hours and have a manager verify and add your points. If you need further assistance, please email perks@massresort.com and allow 48-72 hours for a response. If you do not receive a response within 72 hours, please check your spam folder.
