Stretching Class
Mondays & Thursdays @ 9 - 9:45 AM | On the Spa Deck (outside) | Cost: $35 per person | Ages 18+
In this class you will learn healthful stretching techniques. Advantages are to retain flexibility and balance and to feel simply great!

Facial Massage Class
Tuesdays @ 9 - 9:45 AM | On the Spa Deck (outside) | Cost: $35 per person | Ages 18+
By keeping your skin taut and facial muscles toned you can resist wrinkles and other signs of aging. Learn facial exercises and techniques using Jade rollers and Quartz massage tools with Seama. Put your best face forward!

Couples Massage Class
Wednesdays & Fridays @ 9 - 9:45 AM | On the Spa Deck (outside) | Cost: $25 per couple | Ages 18+
In this class, Jossif will teach skills to lovingly massage one another in simple every day settings. Learn special techniques to help one another deal with chronic pain and stiffness. Discover a new way to communicate through touch as a couple.

Must register 24 hours in advance. No walk-ins. Space is limited. Call 540.289.4040 to schedule. Class size is limited to 12 individuals and 6 couples for the couples massage class.
