Massanutten Rewards Program

At this time, we are NOT accepting new members to the Massanutten Rewards Program.

As we look towards an exciting future here at Massanutten Resort, we are researching new and exciting options for our loyal guests and owners. At this time we are no longer accepting new members to the existing program. If you are an existing member you will continue to accrue points as you always have and you will be provided plenty of notice and time to redeem your points. When we move forward with a new program our loyal members will be notified by email with the details and enrollment information.

Important Info: For points to be applied to your account immediately, you must mention participation in the Massanutten Rewards Program prior to purchase. To have points added after a purchase is made, you must revisit the location where the transaction occurred within 72 hours and have a manager verify and add your points. If you need further assistance, please email perks@massresort.com and allow 48-72 hours for a response. If you do not receive a response within 72 hours, please check your spam folder.

Circle M Carriages, Woodstone Meadows Stables & Petting Farm, Massanutten Adventures, and Stonewall Terrace Recreation Center are not owned by Massanutten Resort and purchases made at these locations cannot be used to accumulate points.

Points: 1 point for every $1 spent. Rewards program is non-transferable. No refunds. Points do not expire. As long as you have enough points in your account, you may redeem your reward for that point value. Alert service agent of the program prior to purchasing to redeem rewards and accumulate points. Be prepared to present ID. Please call ahead for activity and amenity availability, especially during peak seasons and holidays.

Rewards FAQ

If you are a current perks member, then yes! You can accrue points through 2024.

While it was a great program for our owners, guests, and employees, there are limitations to the system. We have exciting plans for our future (such as the new Indoor WaterPark expansion, Hotel, Active Adult Community, and more) and we need a more robust system that can tie into all of these ventures.

Points may be added from any purchase made at a Massanutten-owned entity, excluding purchases made on lodging, lodging programs, and lodging packages. Circle M Carriages, Woodstone Meadows Stables & Petting Farm, Massanutten Adventures, and Stonewall Terrace Recreation Center are not owned by Massanutten Resort and purchases made at these locations cannot be used to accumulate points.

Not all cashiers will ask if you are a rewards member. It is your responsibility to alert the service agent of the program during your purchase to redeem rewards and accumulate points. Be prepared to present ID.

To have points added after a purchase is made, you must revisit the location where the transaction occurred with your receipt within 72 hours and have a manager verify and add your points.

Please bring in your confirmation when claiming your tickets and ask the cashier to add points for the purchase to your rewards account. For example, if you buy online WaterPark tickets, bring in your confirmation to the WaterPark on the day you wish to visit and during the transaction, ask the cashier to add your points for your online purchase.

Massanutten Rewards does not have a physical card, but rather will use your phone number to earn points and redeem rewards.

Rewards do not expire. As long as you have enough points in your account, you may redeem your reward for that point value.

For rewards of 800 points or less, you will just visit the location of the reward. For example, to obtain your WaterPark passes, you would visit the WaterPark and provide them with your phone number. The reward is loaded into your account and you will just need to let them know which reward you wish to redeem. To redeem the 1000 point reward, you will need to email perks@massresort.com in advance of your visit.
