Shenandoah Villas® are nestled along the mountainside, giving you the cozy-cabin feel. These condos include either townhome or free-standing homes in a classic mountain resort style. They are a combination of one-, two-, and three-bedroom condos depending upon how they are locked out. One-bedroom/one-bathroom condos sleep 4, two-bedroom/two-bath condos sleep 6, and a three-bedroom/three-bath condos comfortably accommodate 10 people with ample opportunity for privacy. The following explains what each condo contains:

A true Blue Ridge experience, our mountain accommodations offer year-around breathtaking views and the natural wildlife are sure to enhance each and every one of your vacation experiences. Staying on the mountain allows you an easy drive to Campfire Grill, the Ski and Adventure Park area, Mountain Greens Golf Course, Massanutten Fitness & Rec Club, the General Store, and Mountain Peak Pool.
Eagle Trace®
These charming condos are town-house style. They feature two-bedrooms, sleeping 12, or can be locked out to two, one-bedroom condos, which each sleep 6. (Sleeps 4 privately.)
The Summit®
Summit condos are Gold Crown, four-bedroom condos sleeping 12 which can be locked out to two two-bedroom condos. Summits were built in the townhouse style and offer scenic mountain views. Some of these condos are very close to the ski slopes!
Massanutten Resort Hotels
Our newly renovated hotel rooms sleep up to 4 occupants and offer a choice of 1 king size bed with a sleep sofa or 2 queen size beds. All rooms include coffee makers, refrigerators, color TV, cable, telephone, balcony and sitting area.
Staying in the Valley is an experience all unto itself!
You will enjoy scenic rolling hills, parks and pools to enjoy with your family, along with an easy drive to the Spa, Woodstone Meadows Golf Course®, VA BBQ & Pizza Co., or the Indoor/Outdoor WaterPark.
Woodstone Meadows®
These beautiful Valley condos are four-bedroom condos sleeping 12 and can be locked out to two two-bedroom condos. Woodstone Meadows® was built in the townhouse style.
Woodstone Meadows Casa de Campo®
The official name for these charming condos is Woodstone Meadows Casa de Campo® meaning Country House. These condos are two-bedroom condos sleeping 8 which can be locked out to two, one-bedroom condos each sleeping 4.
Regal Vista®
An exclusive resort experience, Regal Vista® is our newest condo area. True to their name, Regal Vista® offer expansive views of the Blue Ridge Mountains while overlooking the resort area of Woodstone Meadows®. This private, gated community is home to an outdoor pool, picnic area, and workout facility.
An authentic Blue Ridge experience, our Mountain accommodations offer year-round breathtaking views and exposure to the natural wildlife. This is all sure to enhance your vacation experiences.
