Ski Ticket Planning

Lift Ticket Sales

Tickets are available for 8-hour sessions, 4-hour sessions, and night sessions.

Capacity limits are in place and we recommend purchasing your slope use and rentals in advance online to reserve your spot. Once online capacity limits are met on busy days (holidays & weekends), we will have limited availability for walk up ticket purchases and ski & snowboard rental may not be available for purchase. If tickets are unavailable online, we strongly recommend choosing another session or day. Save time & pick up your rental equipment for the next day 6:30 - 8:00 pm on Friday - Monday and holidays or 2:30 - 4:00 pm on Tuesday - Thursday.

Walk-up tickets are available for Military, Gold Card / Massanutten Property Owners, and Indy Pass holders at the ticket windows. Rental equipment may have limited availability.

For information on our slope-use specials, you can find the latest info on here.

Season Pass Holders

Rest assured that all season pass holders and Indy Pass holders will be able to use their pass as purchased. To reduce foot traffic in our office, season pass purchase and pick-up transactions will now be processed at our new season pass ticket window. To purchase your season pass, click here.

Lifts

This season, outdoor operations will look much like they did prior to the pandemic.

  • Chairlifts will be loaded to capacity.
  • Unrelated parties will be able to ride the lift together.
  • Masks will be optional outside.
  • You can expect standard organization of lift lines, with no “ghost” lanes.

Please wear a mask if you are high-risk or if you feel uncomfortable.

Ticket Allocations & Points to Consider

Some attractions may fill to capacity during peak periods and on weekends. However, with online and Resort App purchasing in place, you will have the benefit of knowing in advance if space is available and to secure your ticket. Please see information under Lift Ticket Sales (noted above) for more information.

Weekdays are the new weekend! If there is ever a time to use a few of your vacation days to relax and unwind with us, this is the year. We anticipate much better time selection and lower rental rates overnight on weekdays and strongly encourage you to take advantage of more mountain access and shorter, less crowded wait times.

Any available tickets remaining after owners and overnight guests will be made available to the public for purchase onsite, online, or on the Resort App.

Night Skiing

Night skiing will be available Friday through Sunday and every night over the holidays. To review our updated schedule, please click here.

Rentals & Ski Lessons

Rentals will be available online and in-person for guests with slope use ticket confirmation. Online purchasing will allow for a speedy process, reduce congestion, and more importantly – give you back valuable time for making more mountain memories!

Ski/snowboarding lessons will be offered as private, group, and Theo's Cub Club. We will offer our season-long race and freestyle programs. Due to instructor availability, ski lessons should be purchased online to ensure your time. Late arrivals will result in shorter lesson times to accommodate the following lessons so please be prompt.

Important Notes:

  • Your slope-use tickets and equipment rentals are not included in your lesson. These must be purchased in addition to your lesson.
  • You must arrive one-hour in advance of your lesson. Please plan ahead and arrive on time.

For snow sports hours, rates and info, please click here.

Snow Sports Lessons Cancellation Policy

Snow sports lessons may be cancelled or modified, as availability allows, up to 24 hours in advance of the lesson. Lessons cancelled within 24 hours of the lesson time will only receive a 50% refund for cancelled lessons. No refunds will be given for requests made after the start of the lesson.

WaterPark Tickets

Save time and money by booking your WaterPark tickets in advance on the Resort App or online. Online tickets must be purchased at least one day in advance. WaterPark admission arm bands will be available to redeem at MerchanDice Surf Shop one hour before aquatic attractions open. The whole family/group must be present at the time of redemption.

  • WaterPark capacity continues to be monitored. We recommend that you purchase tickets in advance to secure your spot and save over the admission counter rate. Tickets can also be purchased via the Resort App and website. Gold Card Owners MUST show valid Gold Card ID at time of redemption.
  • Annual Pass Holders: Yes, there will be space for you with no reservation required. Annual Passes are available for purchase at any time on the Resort App and website.
  • Please refer to the WaterPark hours & rates webpage here for dates and times. Sellouts are anticipated during holiday and peak times with tickets unavailable to be purchased at the WaterPark.
  • Towels are not provided at the WaterPark, though you may bring your own. Massanutten WaterPark towels are available for purchase at MerchanDice Surf Shop.
  • Admission sales are processed on the entry-level, creating the queue line outside of the main doors. Tickets can be redeemable one hour before the session starts and all members of the party must be present at the time of redemption. Redeeming your admission ticket during the hour prior does not give you early access inside the WaterPark.
  • Seating throughout the WaterPark is limited, with dedicated seating in the Snack Shack area for dining. Lockers are available to rent for storing belongings.

Your safety is our priority. Know before you go. The following areas of the Indoor Park are unguarded:

  • Frog Pond
  • Blue Ridge Rapids (Adventure River)
  • Giant Tipping Bucket

Safety Tips:

  • Non-swimmers and children should be at an arm’s reach of their parent/guardian at all times.
  • Life jackets are available.
  • For more safety tips, visit: www.RedCross.org

Together, we will create memorable experiences in a safe and enjoyable environment.
